Chocolate Apothecary Pâtisserie
Our specialist range of Florentines, Flap Jacks, Chocolate Brownies and Death by Chocolate Cake are made from the finest quality couverture chocolate, sugar, Isle of Wight Farmhouse butter and cream. Only natural flavourings and liqueurs are used. We handcraft and finish all of our products.
Our Pâtisserie Chef Claire produces traditional English and Continental cakes, biscuits and Gluten, Wheat, Dairy and Egg free products for those with special dietary needs. The products on offer vary from day to day as we like to try out new recipes and add a chocolate twist to all our products. Every thing is produced in house on a daily basis
